What You’ll Do

  • Triage and action incoming cases (emails, voicemails, cancellations, reschedules)
  • Handle basic scheduling tasks (appointments, diary updates, simple bookings)
  • Process cancellations, reschedules, and updates within SLA timelines
  • Manage inbound/outbound communication (calls, emails) with strong customer service
  • Execute administrative tasks accurately (timesheets, service updates, documentation)
  • Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed


Key Criteria

  • 2+ years admin / scheduling / coordination experience
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
  • Good communication skills (phone + email) for client interactions
  • Ability to follow processes and complete tasks efficiently
  • Basic time management and prioritization awareness
  • Customer-focused mindset with high service orientation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats.


Work setup:

  • Manila (BGC, Taguig): 7:30AM – 8:00AM PHT start until 4:30PM – 5:00PM PHT, full onsite for the first 3 months for training
  • Post training: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
