What You’ll Do
- Triage and action incoming cases (emails, voicemails, cancellations, reschedules)
- Handle basic scheduling tasks (appointments, diary updates, simple bookings)
- Process cancellations, reschedules, and updates within SLA timelines
- Manage inbound/outbound communication (calls, emails) with strong customer service
- Execute administrative tasks accurately (timesheets, service updates, documentation)
- Escalate complex cases to senior team members when needed
Key Criteria
- 2+ years admin / scheduling / coordination experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
- Good communication skills (phone + email) for client interactions
- Ability to follow processes and complete tasks efficiently
- Basic time management and prioritization awareness
- Customer-focused mindset with high service orientation
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and familiar with PDF/TIFF formats.
Work setup:
- Manila (BGC, Taguig): 7:30AM – 8:00AM PHT start until 4:30PM – 5:00PM PHT, full onsite for the first 3 months for training
- Post training: Hybrid (3 days onsite, 2 days WFH)
