The HR Intern will assist the Recruitment Team in daily hiring activities, candidate coordination, database management, and recruitment support tasks. This role requires attention to detail, professionalism, and proper handling of candidate information in line with data privacy standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and gather candidate profiles for active recruitment requirements.
  • Review resumes and applications based on the qualifications provided by the Recruitment Team.
  • Maintain and update candidate records, including qualified and not qualified profiles, in the Resume Databank and monitoring files.
  • Communicate with candidates regarding application updates and basic recruitment concerns.
  • Organize approved job posting materials and support the creation of generic recruitment posters.
  • Assist in employer branding efforts by helping promote job opportunities and the companys recruitment presence.
  • Support recruitment, training, and other HR-related administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Currently taking or recently completed a course in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Interested in recruitment, sourcing, candidate screening, and HR administrative work.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle candidate information with confidentiality.
  • Proficient in basic MS Office, Google Workspace, or similar productivity tools.
  • Willing to learn recruitment processes, database management, and employer branding support.
  • Can work professionally with candidates, team members, and assigned recruitment tasks.
