Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for cement and construction products
- Manage brand positioning, pricing, and go-to-market plans
- Support sales through campaigns, trade marketing, and channel development
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Build relationships with contractors, developers, and distributors
- Oversee digital marketing, promotions, and communications
- Lead and develop the marketing team
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 10+ years of marketing experience, preferably in cement, construction, or building materials
- Strong knowledge of B2B marketing and distribution channels
- Proven leadership and strategic planning skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
