The Web Content Officer contributes to the creation of a strong BPI brand that will be the foundation for a differentiated brand imagery that delights customers, delivered in identified points of presence, whether online or offline, consistent & conforming to standards (i.e. architecture, tonality, personality, formats/layouts) in a highly digitized world. Creating value (i.e. brand properties – impact, economy) for the bank.
The Web Content Officer executes the bank’s website, content, engagement, and growth strategies. The role ensures the delivery of website content requests aligned with the prescribed tone of voice guide and design system.
Responsibilities
- Create and edit website editorial materials as requested by the different SPCs across the Unibank
- Monitor the application of the content guide on all website materials across the Unibank
- Implement the Editorial Guide to stay relevant to the current Marketing direction of the Unibank
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a 4 - year degree from a reputable school (Communications, Marketing, or Public Relations) or related field
- 5 years' work experience in editorial management, writing, and editing in the financial services industry
- Proven track record in writing, editing, CMS operation
- Background in financial services, retail banking or any industry dealing with known customers, including the management thereof
- Ideally from industries such as financial products/services, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods
- Knowledgeable in editorial principles, UI/UX, and CMS operation
- Familiarity with Bank/Financial Institution Products and Services
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills to work cross-functionally
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Innovative mindset with the ability to think creatively and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational, presentation and project management skills
