Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and secretarial support to executives and senior management
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of executives
  • Organize and maintain files, records, and confidential documents
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners
  • Assist with event planning and company functions as needed

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Proven experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • High level of professionalism and ability to handle confidential information
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting senior leadership or C-level executives
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
