Job Summary

Conducts inspection, verification and assigns value to moderate to complex properties being appraised.
Prepares appraisal reports of the properties being appraised for loan, sale and acquisition purposes.

How will you contribute?

Scans and verifies/examines requests for appraisal from various requesting units of the bank as to completeness.
Can appraise complex real properties in various geographical locations.
Conducts title verification to ascertain property ownership.
Establishes exact location of the property subject for appraisal through approved plans.
Inspects the property being presented for collateral, sale or acquisition purposes.
Investigates and gathers market data, comparable prices of properties similar to the one under appraisal.
Analyzes market data and assigns appraisal values to the property being appraised.
Prepares appraisal report and submits it to the appropriate approving authority for review and approval.

What will make you successful?

Graduate of a 4-year course, preferably with a degree in Engineering or Real Estate Management
Must have at least 2 years experience in property valuation
Has appraisal skills, knowledge in technical and property laws
