Job Summary
Brello Health is seeking a Performance Video Editor to help create high-converting paid social and lifecycle video assets for our wellness brand. The right person will turn raw footage, UGC, testimonials, b-roll, motion graphics, and existing brand assets into compelling short-form videos that are built to test, learn, and scale across performance channels.
Key Responsibilities
- The Performance Video Editor will work closely with marketing, creative, and compliance partners to produce video ads that are clear, engaging, and compliant
- This role is equal parts editor, creative strategist, and problem-solver, with a focus on rapid iteration and strong attention to detail
- Edit short-form performance videos for paid social platforms, especially Meta
- Cut multiple creative variants from the same concept for A/B testing
- Add motion graphics, captions, text overlays, end cards, and simple animated elements
- Use B-roll, creator footage, voiceover, and UGC to build native-feeling ads
- Adapt edits based on performance feedback and testing results
- Work within Brello’s compliance requirements and avoid disallowed claims, visuals, and phrasing
- Coordinate with marketing and compliance to get assets reviewed efficiently
- Organize project files, exports, and versioning in a clean, repeatable workflow
What We Require
- 2+ years of video editing experience, ideally in paid social, direct response, or performance creative
- Strong command of short-form editing for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, or similar platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent tools
- A portfolio showing direct-response or performance-driven video work
- Strong sense for pacing, hook development, text-on-screen, and retention
- Comfort working in a regulated or compliance-sensitive environment
- Highly organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple edits at once
Preferred Requirement
- Experience in health, wellness, telehealth, or other regulated categories
- Familiarity with UGC-style creative and creator-led ads
- Motion graphics or lightweight animation skills
- Understanding of creative testing, ad fatigue, and performance iteration
