Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering. Preferably a licensed engineer.
With a least (3) years of experience in ESH systems development and implementation.
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and standards.
DOLE Accredited Safety Practitioner or Consultant
Accredited Pollution Control Officer.
Familiarity with ESH software platforms and data analytics tools.
Experience with ISO standards and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean).
Strong project management and problem-solving skills.

Key Job Functions
Compliance and Regulatory Management: Ensure adherence to local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., OSHA, EPA, NEA). This includes managing environmental permits (air, water, waste) and acting as the site liaison for regulatory agencies.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct complex Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Hazard and Operability Studies (HAZOP), and Job Safety Analysis (JSA) to minimize risk.
EHS System Management: Develop and maintain the site-specific EHS management system (ISO 14001/45001).
Auditing and Inspection: Perform regular audits, inspections, and Industrial Hygiene (IH) monitoring (noise, chemical exposure).
Incident Investigation: Lead investigations into accidents, near-misses, and root cause analysis, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Training and Culture Development: Conduct safety training programs to foster a strong safety culture and provide technical expertise to employees.
Project Management: Lead ESH improvement projects and support engineering/maintenance teams in implementing Process Safety Management (PSM) elements.
