Core Responsibilities:
Your role and responsibilities
- Assign work to general practitioners and review of their subsequent tasks for quality and
accuracy
- Process employee transactions such as transfers, department changes, and
organizational changes for managers and above in the client systems
- Perform QA reviews to validate accuracy, completeness, and legitimacy of requests
- Coach and mentor the general practitioners
- Create, update, and review process documentation, reports, and job aids used for HR
data management
- Collaborate with client stakeholders for process reviews, change management and
reporting mechanisms
- Generate standard, recurring, and ad hoc reports for client users as per SLA
- Generate monthly and quarterly business review decks as per client process and

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
- Bachelor’s/College Degree, preferably in Human Resources
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
- Exposure to AI tools either personally or professionally.
- Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in MS OƯice Suite
- Amenable to working in shifting and/or night schedules
- Ability to handle confidential employee data with accuracy and discretion
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures and controls
