We are searching for an experienced and innovative Technical Solutions Architect to lead our technology initiatives and deliver effective solutions tailored to our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

📍 Location: Taguig, Philippines
⏰ Work Mode: Work from Office
💼 Role: Technical Solutions Architect

What You'll Do:

  • Directly assists in the development of a technical solution
  • Assists other IT teams on solutions and project management.
  • Directs the identification and recommendation of appropriate solutions, upgrades, replacements, or decommissioning options incorporating business and technology productivity and usability.
  • Provides analysis and recommendations around information security as necessary.
  • Will provide the solution document including high-level and low-level designs for implementation via SRF and Engineering Teams.
  • Accountable for spearheading project implementations from a technical perceptive

What We're Looking For:

  • Minimum of 6 years of experience in relevant IT Support roles with strong focus on project management
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail on how business and technology are meant to work together.
  • Effective interpersonal skills and collaborative management style to include teamwork.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent education is a plus
  • Strong understanding of Telco, Systems Engineering, and Networks in a BPO setting
  • Proficiency with information technologies in a secure, PCI compliant environment.
  • Efficient in using the entire suite of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer/Technical Support experience is welcome.
