Job Opening: Regulatory Affairs & Bidding Assistant
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
Regulatory Affairs & Bidding Assistant to support the regulatory and sales teams in preparing and submitting bids, tenders, and compliance documentation for government and private institutional accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and submitting bid proposals and tender documents.
- Ensure all submissions comply with client requirements and government procurement regulations.
- Monitor submission deadlines and maintain accurate tracking of all bids and documentation.
- Support regulatory documentation and compliance requirements for product and company submissions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather required documents for proposals.
- Maintain organized records of submissions, approvals, and related regulatory files.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Pharmacy or related field.
- Knowledge of local regulatory documentation and compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with government procurement processes; knowledge of PhilGEPS is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Work Details
- Working Hours: 8:30 AM 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Reports To: Regulatory and Bidding Officer
- Office Location: Santolan, Pasig (near Ayala Malls Feliz)
