HR OPERATIONS ASST. MANAGER

Job Description

The HR Operations Assistant Manager is responsible for the effective management of the Human Resources & Administration Department for weekly hires and oversees the following areas:

Development of the Human Resources & Administration Department

Recruitment, Selection and Placement

Compensation & Benefits

Employee Relations

Training & Development

Organizational Development

Administration

Compliance

Qualifications

Graduate of Human Resources or any related course

With at least five (5) years of managerial experience

With strong exposure in the construction industry

Familiar with ISO standards and compliance

Experienced in handling and managing large-scale manpower operations

Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment

Strong leadership and people management skills

Can start ASAP

Residing near Quezon City
