Qualifications
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written)
- Customer service or call center experience required
- BPO company experience is a strong plus
- Healthcare experience is an advantage
- Comfortable handling calls, emails, and chat support
- Computer literate and able to multitask
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu

- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in Spanish
- Provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Document interactions and follow company procedures
- Coordinate with the internal team to resolve concerns efficiently
