MDM Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized MDM Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining vendor and customer master data, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing in accordance with company policies and service level agreements (SLAs).

Key ResponsibilitiesMaster Data Management

• Create and maintain vendor and customer accounts in ERP systems and banking portals based on approved requests and complete documentation
• Update and modify master data records with proper validation and approval
• Conduct vendor bank verification through calls, video conferencing, or email confirmation
• Ensure proper filing, storage, and maintenance of supporting documentation

Data Review & Reporting

• Perform regular reviews of vendor and customer master data using ERP system extracts
• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts Payable, Payments, Finance, and other stakeholders for data validation and updates
• Assist in preparing KPI reports and performance metrics

Administrative & Project Support

• Provide data for scorecards and performance tracking reports
• Maintain timekeeping, overtime, and leave records as required
• Track process man-hours and support operational reporting
• Participate in project implementations, user acceptance testing (UAT), and documentation activities
• Support internal and external audits by providing required records and responding to inquiries

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in Master Data Management or a similar role
• Experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a structured, deadline-driven environment
• Willingness to work onsite during the initial onboarding period

Preferred

• Experience in a Shared Services or BPO environment
• Exposure to global or multicultural organizations
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under pressure

Work Setup
