Key Responsibilities

  • Online Store Management
  • Create, update, and manage product listings (photos, descriptions, pricing).
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information across all platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, company website, etc.).
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse for stock availability.
  • Order Processing & Fulfillment
  • Process online orders accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics for packing, shipping, and delivery updates.
  • Monitor courier performance and ensure timely dispatch of parcels.
  • Customer Service
  • Respond to customer inquiries, messages, and concerns across platforms.
  • Handle refund, return, and exchange requests in compliance with platform policies.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Sales & Marketing Support
  • Support promotional activities, campaigns, and flash sales.
  • Assist in creating basic marketing content (captions, product highlights, simple edits).
  • Monitor competitor activities and propose improvements.
  • Reporting & Analytics
  • Track daily sales, traffic, and store performance.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review.
  • Identify trends, issues, and opportunities for sales growth.
  • Coordination
  • Work closely with Accounting for payment reconciliation.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Marketing for product launches and campaigns.
  • Communicate with platform account managers as needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field (preferred but not required).
  • Experience in e-commerce operations (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Basic knowledge of Canva or simple photo editing is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
