Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or any related course
With at least 3-5 years of experience in Maintenance Operations, Facilities Management, or related field
Experience handling and supervising 5-10 maintenance personnel or technicians
Strong background in electrical systems, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and repair
Experience in preventive maintenance planning and implementation
Knowledgeable in store, kiosk, and equipment maintenance operations
Experience coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and external service providers
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledgeable in workplace safety and compliance standards
Licensed Electrical Engineer is an advantage but not required
Experience in retail, cosmetic, or FMCG industry is a plus
Willing to do field work and visit different store locations when needed
Job Responsibilities
The Foreman is responsible for ensuring that all stores, kiosks, and equipment are fully operational, safe, and well-maintained, supporting uninterrupted business operations.
Maintenance Operations
- Oversee overall maintenance activities across all stores and kiosks
- Manage and supervise the maintenance team responsible for repairs, installations, and upkeep
- Ensure timely response and resolution of all maintenance requests and technical issues
Equipment Management
- Supervise the technician responsible for cosmetic machine maintenance and repair
- Ensure all equipment is fully functional, calibrated, and operating at optimal performance
- Monitor equipment condition and recommend repair, replacement, or upgrades when necessary
Preventive Maintenance
- Develop and implement a preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment and facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to minimize downtime and avoid major breakdowns
- Ensure maintenance activities are properly documented and tracked
Vendor & Contractor Coordination
- Coordinate with external service providers and contractors (e.g., HVAC, pest control, electrical, and other specialized services)
- Ensure all third-party work complies with company standards, safety requirements, and agreed timelines
- Evaluate vendor performance and maintain good working relationships
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all stores and kiosks comply with safety, health, and operational standards
- Identify potential risks and implement corrective and preventive measures
- Support compliance with local regulations and company policies
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance requests, repairs, equipment status, and service history
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding maintenance performance and issues
Logistics & Intercompany Coordination
- Support logistics and operations in intercompany coordination related to equipment and maintenance needs
- Assist in the movement, installation, and setup of equipment for new or existing locations
