In this role, you will be primarily focused on the end-to-end recruitment process, supporting the organization in attracting, sourcing, screening, and onboarding qualified candidates. This position is designed to develop aspiring candidates into skilled recruitment professionals with strong exposure to talent acquisition strategies and hiring operations.

Office Location: 2251 IT Hub, Chino Roces Avenue, Makati City

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, or any related course
  • With 3 years of experience in Recruitment.
  • Experience in volume hiring or BPO/recruitment agency is an advantage
  • Computer literate, particularly in Google Workspace
  • Excellent communication skills
  • High attention to detail with a strong work ethic
  • Able to work under pressure and meet hiring deadlines
  • Flexible with working hours and shifts
  • Must be willing to work onsite in Makati Office

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Coordinate with requesting department to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with requesting departments.
  • Manage applicant tracking system and ensure accurate updating of candidate records.
  • Facilitate communication with candidates regarding interview schedules, results, and job offers.
  • Prepare and process employment requirements and pre-employment documentation.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring completion of hiring requirements.
  • Consistently produce accurate and timely reports to support decision-making and operational requirements.
  • Monitor recruitment status and provide regular updates to the Assistant Supervisor.
