Translate international or China-based brand directions into locally relevant Philippine strategies
Diagnose complex business problems and convert them into clear strategic directions
Lead full strategic deck development from insight to execution across all accounts
Integrated Marketing Planning
Integrate brand strategy with execution across all marketing channels: events, PR, social media, OOH, digital, influencer, retail, dealer networks, and partnerships
Design campaign systems and frameworks that guide creative, media, and production teams
Oversee launch strategies for automotive, tech, gaming, FMCG, and lifestyle brands
Ensure full brand consistency across all consumer touchpoints (offline and online)
Leadership & Client Ownership
Lead senior-level client presentations (founders, CMOs, country GMs)
Own multiple branding accounts and ensure strategic consistency across them
Oversee all strategic outputs for quality and direction
Lead SOW development, proposals, and scoping for new business
Mentor and guide managers, executives, and junior team members
Help build and scale the agencys branding capability as a service line
Qualifications
8+ years experience in brand strategy, branding, or agency-side planning
Strong agency background (non-negotiable)
Proven leadership across multiple branding accounts
Deep expertise in:
Brand positioning
Messaging frameworks
Brand architecture
GTM strategy
Campaign platform development
Cultural localization strategy
Skill Requirement
Strong executive presence and client-facing ability
Ability to independently lead strategy without supervision
