We are looking for an HR Application Consultant with experience implementing UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and execute the implementation of UKG Ready HR modules including Core HR, Performance, Benefits, Talent Acquisition and Compensation in alignment with client requirements
Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless HR module integration and functionality
Provide expert guidance and support in configuring, testing and deploying HR modules effectively
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams ensuring alignment with project goals
Customize and configure HR modules to meet specific client needs
Ensure adherence to industry best practices in HR module implementation and integration
Engage and manage stakeholders in North America throughout the implementation process
Support SaaS deployment models and HR-IT implementation frameworks
Must be based in the Philippines with the right to live and work here
