Aufgabengebiet

  • Identifyorganisation‑wide training needs and competency gaps in close collaboration with HR Business Partners and line managers.
  • Develop and execute the learning strategy and annual training plan aligned with business priorities, budget, and company values.
  • Design, implement, and evaluate training programmes, including post‑training assessments and effectiveness analytics.
  • Manage external training vendors and ensure quality, relevance, and cost‑effectiveness of programmes delivered.
  • Build, coach, and expand the internal trainer pool through Train‑the‑Trainer initiatives.
  • Lead, coach, and performance‑manage the Learning and Development team, ensuring productivity and service quality.
  • Partner with Organisational Development on leadership development, high‑potential, coaching, and mentoring programmes.
  • Track training costs, manage budgets, and provide regular reports on KPIs, training effectiveness, and performance metrics.

Anforderungsprofil

  • At least 4 years of end‑to‑end learning and development experience (from training needs analysis to post‑training evaluation), or 5 years of relevant operational experience with strong training exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning principles, training needs analysis, and module development.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in logistics, operations, or highly structured environments.
