Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
- 410 years of HR experience, ideally across multiple industries
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, maritime regulations, and employee relations
- Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Willing to travel across business sites

Handle labor relations and conflict resolution
Ensure compliance with labor laws and liaise with regulatory agencies
Performance Management & Training
Oversee training and leadership development programs
Enhance performance management systems and organizational development initiatives
Compensation & Benefits
Support competitive compensation and benefits programs
Ensure compliance with payroll and benefits administration
Organizational Development & HR Systems
Drive employee engagement and company culture programs
Improve HR processes, systems (HRIS), and operational efficiency
