We're looking for a Process Documentation Specialist to support the following activities:
- Lead discovery sessions with clients and subject matter experts to understand and document workflows and processes
- Create and maintain clear process documentation, including SOPs, flowcharts, checklists, and job aids
- Simplify complex workflows into easy-to-follow instructions and provide process improvement recommendations
- Review and standardize documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across deliverables
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather feedback and ensure documentation aligns with operational needs
- Support onboarding, training, and performance management through effective process documentation
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting timelines and communicating project updates or risks
- Utilize AI tools to improve documentation efficiency, organization, and quality while validating accuracy and alignment with client workflows
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday | Graveyard Shift
- During daylight saving: 9:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m.
- Regular schedule: 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.
*You will be expected to complete 20 hours of paid pretraining prior to your official start date.

Minimum Requirements
MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking).
- 1-3+ years in process documentation, operations, or training/instructional design
- 1-3+ years in a business process outsourcing (BPO) environment preferred
- Experience creating SOPs, process documentation, or training materials
- Familiarity with tools such as Microsoft Office and process mapping tools (Visio, LucidChart, Miro, etc.)
- Comfortable working in remote, cross-functional environments
- Experience using AI tools to support writing, documentation, or workflow design
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs and refine them for accuracy and usability
