We are looking for a Mid to Senior Level Data Engineer to join our Data Warehouse team and help build scalable, cloud-based reporting and analytics solutions. This is a highly hands-on role suited for someone who enjoys solving data problems, building reliable pipelines, and working closely with stakeholders across the business. You will work within a small and collaborative engineering team where communication, ownership, and initiative are highly valued.
The environment is primarily AWS-based, and you will be working with modern cloud data technologies including S3, Athena, Redshift, Glue, Lambda, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and optimize ETL/ELT data pipelines within AWS
- Develop scalable reporting and analytics solutions using cloud-native technologies
- Work with stakeholders across multiple teams to understand reporting and data requirements
- Write clean, reliable, and maintainable SQL and Python code
- Support and improve data warehouse architecture and data models
- Assist in deploying and managing infrastructure using Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices
- Contribute to technical discussions, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Troubleshoot data quality issues and pipeline failures when required
- Participate in maintaining stable and reliable production data platforms

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience working as a Data Engineer, ETL Developer, or similar role
- Strong SQL skills with daily hands-on usage
- Strong Python skills for data processing and pipeline development
- Experience working with AWS cloud services
- Exposure to AWS data technologies such as S3, Athena, Redshift, or Glue
- Experience building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work confidently with cross-functional teams
- Comfortable contributing to technical analysis and solution discussions
- Willing to work on a hybrid setup
Nice to Have
- Experience with Terraform or Infrastructure as Code
- Experience with cloud-based data warehouse platforms such as Redshift, Snowflake, or BigQuery
- Exposure to CI/CD practices
