Achieve overall revenue growth targets for the agency.
Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Lead negotiations and closing of new projects and/or new client accounts.
Leads in prospecting and qualifying leads for the agency's core and new services.
Conduct lead generation activities (online/offline) to identify new business opportunities.
Oversees all internal agency lead generation & business development efforts
Aligns with white label agencies, channel partner platforms, and trade/business associations to create mutually beneficial partnerships & lead sharing opportunities
Assists in activating and collaborating with UNMG sales groups to expand lead generation activities
Ensure professional and responsive communication throughout the sales cycle.
Manage the sales funnel and pipeline for accurate forecasting.
Leads preparation of sales reports, performance summaries, and other operational documents for management review.
Adhere to company policies, documentation standards, and confidentiality requirements in all sales-related activities.
Lead and develop project proposals /solutions, objectives, and = KPIs and costing that meet revenue targets and client business goals
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals align with client requirements.
Train junior sales team members and provide insights on sales strategies.
Act as a liaison between internal departments and external partners to foster teamwork and innovation
Participate in industry networking events and seminars to build and maintain a strong agency presence.
Educational Background And Work Experiences
Bachelors degree in Business Management, Marketing Management, Advertising, Communications or any related course.
At least 5-7 years of work experience
Minimum of 2-3 years in trade/channel marketing or category marketing functions.
Minimum 3-5 years in a sales, accounts management, or business development functions.
Digital Marketing/media agency experience not required but highly preferred
