Qualifications

Ten or more years of:

progressively responsible IT or relevant Technology experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
successfully managing complex and risky projects
business-facing experience, with sensitivity and commitment to business problem solving
demonstrated experience in leading diverse teams
Telecommunications experience (ideally)

Program Governance & Prioritization
Manage demand intake and prioritization frameworks to ensure aligned, value-driven decision making
Support governance processes that guide program direction, approvals, and execution discipline
Promote consistent application of project and program management standards across initiatives
Enable delivery excellence by supporting project teams, tools, and structured workflows
Track adherence to plans, timelines, and governance expectations to improve delivery outcomes
Maintain core governance artifacts, including risks, issues, decisions, actions, and changes
Develop and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI reports for cybersecurity programs
Consolidate insights, analyze trends, and highlight risks, variances, and opportunities
Provide clear, concise reporting to support leadership decision making
Track program health, milestones, deliverables, and benefits realization
Coordinate updates, escalations, and compliance checks with project teams and stakeholders
Support post‑implementation reviews and performance assessments
Partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and execution
Communicate insights and updates to leadership and governance bodies
Support governance forums, including preparation, documentation, and follow-through
