Key Responsibilities
Claims Management & Risk Tracking
- Assist with claims intake and documentation processes.
- Log and track claims information accurately within company systems.
- Verify documentation completeness and identify missing information.
- Maintain organized records and support claims follow-up activities.
- Learn risk tracking methodologies and reporting procedures.
Fleet Management & Asset Tracking
- Support maintenance of fleet rental and asset tracking databases.
- Update vehicle rental status and monitor asset movements.
- Assist with record reconciliation and discrepancy identification.
- Learn commercial fleet management processes and documentation requirements.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain spreadsheets, trackers, and operational databases.
- Assist in creating and improving business tracking tools.
- Perform data validation and accuracy checks.
- Support reporting and operational analysis activities.
- Utilize Excel and Google Sheets to organize and visualize data.
Professional Communication
- Draft and respond to business correspondence using approved templates.
