Job Brief

Maintains business development and marketing content including proposal answers, content (people/project/collateral), and generates new content and deliverables.  Identifies marketing / BD / sales process and systems best practices and provides related training/instruction and procedures. Coordinates across the business to create solutions and knowledge centers for intelligence sharing. Leverages data systems to support proposal strategy and business strategic planning efforts. 

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Understands AECOM’s organisation structure; approach to knowledge management; and use of digital tools and repositories for collecting information relevant to pursuits and winning work.  

  • Updates limited areas of data or content for AECOM’s libraries or systems as directed by senior personnel. Processes changes or edits following style guidance and meta data governance.  

  • May perform direct knowledge management related tasks or requests for information from others.  Assembles and organizes content for libraries of pursuit teams. 

  • Organises and keeps records of decisions and actions from relevant meetings related to knowledge management.  

  • Understands how to locate past pursuits, resumes and projects from CRM systems and libraries.  

  • May maintain project plans for knowledge management projects. 

  • Supports ongoing KM system maintenance activities. 

  • Collaborate with internal partners to collect and confirm information. 

  • Maintain high levels of customer service, providing superior interactions and experiences to our technical and functional stakeholders 

  • Make updates to data and documents during periodic auditing and data cleansing efforts.  

  • Process edits and make content changes using standard procedures or formats to ensure accuracy and data quality 

  • Assist with searches and locating information to support requests for proposals (RFP/Q), pre-qualifications, questionnaires, or data on people and project information.   

  • Monitor and respond to mailbox inquiries. 

  • Support wider systems maintenance activities. 

  • Escalate identified issues and concerns to the Team Lead for timely resolution. 

  • Perform multiple routine tasks in compliance with service level agreement, process, policies, and procedures. 

  • Gather information and documentation to assist in investigating and in resolving issues within the assigned process.
