Monitors phasing in and phasing out of models to avoid dead stock and build of excess of finish goods.
Prepares production plan based on customer call off from SAP data and enable production to execute according to plan.
Supports for the timely execution of the introduction of new product launches.
Reviews available working days and daily capacity.
Reviews releases of customers and amend for any great changes that may affect the previous production plan.
Communicates with Customer Logistics regarding shipment details and other urgent concerns.
Coordinates with Materials planning to ensure material availability based on production plan.
