Okay Culture, Be Ready to Work Hard
It's a pretty standard corporate consulting gig. You'll learn a lot, but don't expect a super chill vibe. Solid place to start if you're ambitious.
The people I work with are genuinely great, especially my immediate team. For a corporate consulting firm, there's good access to diverse client projects. The learning curve is steep but valuable for your career in the consulting industry.
Work-life balance is a real struggle here. As a Junior Consultant, I often felt overloaded, even working remote from Austin. There's a constant expectation to be available, which impacts personal time.
Try to enforce better boundaries around work hours and client project demands. Support your remote employees more explicitly.
