Leadership: Some good, some not so much
I worked at Klaiya as a Software Engineer for a couple of years. It's a mid-sized tech company. Overall, it was an okay experience, but leadership definitely had its ups and downs.
My direct team lead was fantastic. They really knew their stuff and supported our agile development process. It felt good to be part of a solid engineering team, especially working remote from Texas.
Upper management felt pretty disconnected. Their strategic decisions often seemed out of the blue. There wasn't much clarity on where the company was headed, which made long-term career planning tough.
Senior leadership really needs to work on communicating their vision. More transparency about company direction would help a lot for us Software Engineers.
