Culture is okay, but it's a grind

Orbit Teleservices is a mixed bag. You get decent people, but the overall company culture can be tough to navigate, especially if you're looking for innovation in the telecommunications industry.


Pros

The team in the Dallas office was generally supportive. I made some good friends there, which definitely helped with tough days. We did have decent social events, which is nice for a big corporate place.


Cons

The corporate culture feels pretty rigid. There's not much room for new ideas, especially for Account Manager roles. Management can be out of touch with daily issues.


Advice to Management

Listen more to your frontline Account Managers. Encourage new ideas to keep people engaged and competitive in the telecommunications industry. Update how things are done.
