Tanggungjawab:

• Bertanggungjawab untuk operasi tempahan penginapan CV2, termasuk platform OTA, saluran tempahan dalam talian dan sistem pengurusan hotel (PMS). Peranan ini memastikan pemprosesan tempahan yang cekap, pengurusan inventori bilik yang betul dan menyediakan sokongan operasi kepada kaunter penerimaan tetamu, termasuk daftar masuk, daftar keluar, penciptaan tempahan dan transaksi pembayaran tetamu. Di samping itu, peranan ini memerlukan kerjasama rapat dengan kaunter penerimaan tetamu dan pasukan pemasaran untuk memaksimumkan penghunian bilik dan kepuasan tetamu.

Memerlukan:

1) Pengurusan Tempahan

• Mengurus semua tempahan penginapan, termasuk tempahan langsung, tempahan dalam talian dan saluran OTA, untuk memastikan ketepatan, peruntukan bilik yang munasabah dan kadar penghunian yang optimum.

2) Pengurusan saluran OTA dan dalam talian

• Menyelaras dengan jabatan pemasaran untuk mengurus platform OTA dan saluran tempahan dalam talian, serta mengemas kini inventori bilik, harga, ketersediaan dan promosi.

3) Pengurusan Sistem Pengurusan Hartanah (PMS)

• Mengekalkan rekod tempahan yang tepat dalam sistem pengurusan hotel (PMS), termasuk penciptaan tempahan, pengubahsuaian, pembatalan dan penjejakan tempahan.

4) Sokongan operasi bahagian hadapan

• Melaksanakan tugas-tugas kaunter penerimaan tetamu seperti yang diperlukan, termasuk daftar masuk dan daftar keluar tetamu, membuat tempahan, memproses transaksi dan menjawab pertanyaan tetamu.

5) Pemantauan inventori dan tempahan

• Pantau ketersediaan bilik dan trend tempahan untuk mengelakkan tempahan berlebihan dan memastikan unit penginapan digunakan dengan cekap.

6) Khidmat pelanggan dan penyelesaian masalah

• Mengendalikan pertanyaan berkaitan tempahan dan membantu secara profesional dalam menyelesaikan masalah tempahan atau aduan tetamu.

7) Pelaporan dan Analisis Tempahan

• Sediakan laporan tempahan, ringkasan tempahan, laporan prestasi OTA dan statistik penghunian untuk semakan pihak pengurusan.

8) Laporan mingguan dan bulanan

• Sediakan laporan mingguan dan bulanan tentang jumlah hasil, prestasi tempahan dan statistik tempahan untuk setiap platform OTA untuk semakan pengurusan.

9) Penyelarasan merentas jabatan

• Bekerjasama rapat dengan pasukan kaunter penerimaan tetamu untuk memastikan ketibaan dan pemergian tetamu yang lancar, dan menyelaras dengan jabatan pemasaran untuk menyokong strategi promosi, acara dan tempahan dalam talian.

Job Description: 

1.  Responsible for the basic operation of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines and other processing machines in this position.
2. Assist in solving difficult problems with molds on site.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of molds and do a good job of 5S.
4. Responsible for the maintenance of the equipment operated and fill in the inspection form. Responsible for the assembly, assembly and debugging of new molds.
5. Complete the production of new molds and inspection fixtures according to the mold design drawings.
6. Complete other work items assigned by superiors

• Must graduated from SKM and above
• 2 yrs's experience and above in tooling, mould industry
• Basic operating skills of lathes, milling machines, grinders, drilling machines and other processing machines.
• Able to read part drawing
