M&E Intern Engineer Design

• Responsible for Engineering Design by using AutoCAD software.

• Ensure the design provide on timely manner.

About the role
The HR Operations Specialist ensures efficient, compliant and high quality delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle in several countries in the region. Key Accountabilities

HR Systems & Reporting

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts and ensuring compliance with recruitment and employment standards.
• Coordinate induction activities and work with line managers and assigned buddies to support smooth integration of new employees.
• Administer probation processes by tracking review timelines, supporting managers, and issuing confirmation letters and related documentation.
• Prepare employment contracts and formal documentation related to changes in terms and conditions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and approval workflows.
• Liaise with external benefits providers to manage employee benefit enrolments and changes, ensuring a positive employee experience.
• Maintain and update HR documentation, including policies, procedures, templates, and forms, ensuring alignment with business requirements and applicable employment legislation.

Leavers & Offboarding

• Ensure resignations are acknowledged promptly and guide line managers through the leaver process.
• Coordinate final pay calculations in accordance with employment terms and payroll schedules.
• Facilitate exit interviews, compile insights, and share trend analysis with HR stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Office Administration

• Manage general office administration and coordination activities.
• Support scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities-related requests.
• Provide administrative support for HR and office operations, including invoices, claims, and data entry.
• Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to management and teams as required.

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) is highly desirable.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the HR Business Partner function. Working closely with HR Experts and the HR Shared Services team, you will drive key HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

This role is responsible for delivering people strategies and solutions across both Direct and Indirect Labour workforces, ensuring alignment with business priorities. Your key stakeholders will include frontline employees, team leaders, functional managers, and senior leadership across departments such as R&D, Manufacturing, Technical, and Commercial functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic HR Partnering:
  • Act as a trusted advisor to functional leaders and department heads, supporting both strategic and day-to-day HR needs across Direct and Indirect Labour workforces.
  • Understand and anticipate business requirements to proactively drive change and improve organizational effectiveness.
• Workforce Engagement & Development:
  • Lead and implement People Development strategies including training, upskilling, talent identification, and career pathing for all employee groups.

• Provide day-to-day HR operational support including HR documentation, record maintenance, document filing, and process coordination.
• Prepare and maintain accurate audit ready related HR operational reports and dashboards on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
• Ensure training and communication processes comply with internal policies and data privacy requirements.
• Administer HRD Corp-related processes including grant applications, levy utilisation tracking, claims submission, and maintenance of required supporting documents in line with applicable employer guidelines and schemes.
• Coordinate with training providers and internal stakeholders to ensure training programs meet claimability and documentation requirements under relevant HRD Corp processes and allowable cost requirements. 
• Monitor deadlines for grant submissions, claim submissions, documentation updates, and follow-ups to minimise rejected or delayed claims.
• Maintain proper records of approved grants, claims status, levy balance/utilisation, and related correspondence.
• Serve as the point of contact for HRD Corp administrative matters and support internal audits or compliance checks related to training grants and levy-funded programs.
• Provide periodic updates to management on levy utilisation, claim status, approved training budgets, and opportunities to optimise available training support. HRD Corp positions levy-funded training as a way for employers to access training and development support and improve workforce capability.
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, employee experience, and communication effectiveness.
• Support additional HR operational projects/tasks as assigned.

1. Strategic Business Partnering & Decision Support

• Commercial Co-Pilot: Serve as the embedded finance lead across all eCommerce commercial forums, providing real-time financial validation for new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and contract renewals.

• Scenario Modelling: Design and maintain complex What-If scenario models to evaluate the financial impact of network changes, fuel price fluctuations, and last-mile partner shifts on the eCommerce P&L.

• Stakeholder Influence: Challenge commercial assumptions with data-driven rigour, acting as the voice of financial discipline and ensuring that growth ambitions are anchored to profitability targets.

2. Advanced Margin & Profitability Analytics

• Granular Visibility: Architect and maintain dashboards providing granular Lane, Customer, and Product-level margin visibility, with accountability for identifying margin leaks such as unprofitable routes or high-churn accounts.
• Unit Economics: Conduct deep-dive analysis on key eCommerce unit economics including Cost per Bundle (CPB), Contribution Margin per KG, and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) versus Lifetime Value (LTV).
• Variance Narrative: Lead monthly Price-Volume-Mix variance analysis, moving beyond reporting the numbers to diagnosing the root causes of performance gaps and presenting a clear commercial narrative.

3. Dynamic Forecasting & Financial Planning

• Forecast Ownership: Own the bottom-up rolling forecast for the eCommerce vertical, maintaining a variance threshold of within ±10% through rigorous alignment with Sales and Operations stakeholders.
• Annual Budgeting: Contribute to the annual budgeting cycle by translating commercial targets into achievable financial milestones and quantifying the operational investments required to deliver them.
• Cash Flow; Balance Sheet Sync: Ensure that eCommerce growth projections are fully integrated with working capital requirements, maintaining tight alignment between the P&L forecast and balance sheet health.

4. Operational Excellence & Systems

• FP&A System Implementation: Act as the eCommerce subject matter expert during the deployment of the new FP&A system, ensuring the platform is configured to capture the unique nuances of eCommerce logistics data.
• Process Automation: Proactively identify and eliminate manual reporting bottlenecks by leveraging tools such as SQL, Power BI, or FP&A software, building toward a self-service reporting culture across

• Experience: 2-4 years in FP&A, ideally within Logistics, Airlines, FP&A or Supply Chain. Experience in a high-growth "LogTech" environment is a massive advantage.
• Technical Prowess: Advanced Excel: (Lookups, Sumifs, Pivot table, data table).

• To establish, lead, and manage the APAC HR Shared Services Centre, ensuring efficient, standardized, and high-quality HR service delivery across countries. The role is accountable for operational excellence, service governance, and continuous improvement of HR processes post-implementation.
• The Head of HR SSC acts as the operational owner, ensuring services are delivered in line with defined SLAs, compliance requirements, and business expectations.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITES

• Establish and Lead the Team: Build and lead the HR Shared Services team, including hiring new members and developing a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Improve Operational Efficiency: Design and implement centralized processes to achieve operational efficiency while providing high-quality HR services.
• Service Delivery: Develop and execute a service delivery framework to ensure exceptional responsiveness and alignment with the organization’s strategic priorities.
