• Coordinate and management of procurement and logistics for construction materials, fabrication items and equipment whilst ensuring their compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports, site diaries, change orders and quality control measures.
• Walk the talk, train the trainer, attend to punch list, conduct inspection and obtain COA signed by the client to mark end of the biogas project milestone for construction and commissioning phase.
• Review engineering deliverables with project team upon project completion and initiate appropriate corrective actions for future project implementation.

Skills and Qualifications Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in Bio-Tech / Mechanical engineering from an accredited university or college.
• 3 years of experience as a Project Engineer with excellent project management and supervision skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Project and Auto-Cad is a must.
• Knowledge of applicable codes, policies, standards and best practices is preferred.
• Ability to travel extensively with good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia is preferred.

• Carry out building survey works especially on Building Structural, architectural, M&E inspections on the conditions and defect.

Audit, Tax & Compliance

• Assist in audit and tax matters, including preparation of supporting schedules and required documents.
• Prepare tax-related documents and assist in tax filing/payment matters to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, clients, vendors, and relevant external parties.
• Keep updated on accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.

Internal Control & Process Improvement

• Ensure accounting records and finance processes comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support the improvement of internal controls, procedures, and finance workflows.
• Assist in budget preparation, cost monitoring, revenue tracking, and expense reporting.

General Finance Support

• Support procurement-related finance matters and coordinate with other departments within the Group.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, or Professional Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience in full set accounts, financial reporting, audit, and tax matters.

• Minimum 3-4 tahun pengalaman kerja yang berkaitan dalam akaun lengkap, pelaporan kewangan, audit dan hal ehwal cukai.
• Pengalaman dalam pembangunan hartanah, pembinaan atau perakaunan berasaskan projek akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Pengalaman firma audit, terutamanya pendedahan kepada Big Four, akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.
• Pengetahuan yang baik tentang prinsip perakaunan, amalan pembukuan, keperluan cukai dan peraturan yang berkaitan.
• Mahir dalam Microsoft Office, terutamanya Excel; pengetahuan tentang perisian perakaunan SQL & MYOB akan menjadi kelebihan tambahan.
• Penguasaan yang baik dalam Bahasa Inggeris dan Bahasa Malaysia secara bertulis dan lisan. Kebolehan berkomunikasi dalam Bahasa Mandarin akan menjadi satu kelebihan tambahan.

主要職責

會計與財務報告

• 負責全部帳務處理，確保每月帳目準確及時結清。
• 編制月度財務報告，包括資產負債表、損益表和管理報告。
• 保持準確的會計記錄，並確保所有財務交易都正確記錄在會計系統中。
• 執行每月對賬，包括銀行對帳、應付/應收帳款對帳以及公司間帳戶對帳（如適用）。
• 依要求編製帳戶報表、帳齡報告及其他會計報表。
• 監控現金帳簿更新狀況，確保資金流動得到正確記錄。

應付帳款、應收帳款和現金流

• 管理應付帳款和應收帳款職能。
• 審核報價單、採購訂單、發票、付款憑證和證明文件。
• 監控每日現金流和資金活動。
• 跟進未付款項，並與客戶、供應商、承包商、顧問和廠商協調付款或帳單事宜。
• 記錄和監控建築專案的進度付款，包括向供應商、顧問、承包商和分包商支付的款項。

審計、稅務及合規

• 協助處理審計和稅務事宜，包括準備支持性附表和所需文件。
• 準備稅務相關文件，並協助處理稅務申報/繳納事宜，以確保符合監管要求。
• 與審計師、稅務代理人、銀行家、客戶、供應商和相關外部各方聯絡。
• 隨時了解會計準則、稅務法規和法律法規要求。

內部控制與流程改進

• 確保會計記錄和財務流程符合內部政策和監管要求。
• 支援改善內部控制、程序和財務工作流程。
• 協助進行預算編制、成本監控、收入追蹤和費用報告。
• 提出改善財務營運準確性、效率和合規性的建議。

一般財務支持

• 支援採購相關的財務事宜，並與集團內其他部門協調。
• 協助完成管理階層不時指派的其他會計、財務或行政任務。

職位要求

• 應徵者必須至少擁有會計、金融或相關領域的學位或專業資格。
• 至少3-4 年全套帳務、財務報告、審計和稅務相關工作經驗。
• 有房地產開發、建築或專案會計的經驗者優先考慮。
• 擁有審計公司經驗，尤其是四大事務所的工作經驗，將是一項加分項。
• 具備紮實的會計原則、簿記實務、稅務要求及相關法規知識。
• 精通微軟辦公室軟體，尤其是Excel；了解SQL和MYOB會計軟體者優先考慮。
• 具備良好的英語和馬來語書面及口語能力。會說普通話者優先考慮。
• 具備較強的文件撰寫、核對、分析和解決問題的能力。
• 能夠以誠信和專業的態度處理機密財務資訊。
