• Assist other department engineers in creating practical demonstrations of proposed solutions and demonstrating them to other members of the team as required from time to time.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Scheduling: Develop, maintain, and execute daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet customer delivery dates.
• Capacity Planning: Analyze labor, machinery, and material availability to balance resource capacity with shifting demand forecasts.
• BOM & Data Maintenance: Review and update the Manufacturing Bill of Materials (MBOM) and routing configurations within the ERP/MRP system.
• Inventory Control: Monitor raw material stocks, track work-in-progress (WIP), and coordinate with procurement to prevent material shortages.
• Order Tracking: Monitor the progress of production jobs on the factory floor and proactively troubleshoot bottlenecks or delays.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, procurement, engineering, and manufacturing supervisors to align operational priorities.
• KPI Reporting: Track and report on key manufacturing metrics, such as On-Time Delivery (OTD), schedule adherence, and equipment utilization.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, or a related technical field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience working as a production planner, scheduler, or inventory controller in a manufacturing environment.
• Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables) for data analysis and reporting.
• Systems Expertise: Proficiency in utilizing ERP/MRP systems is an advantage.

Administrative Duties

• Manage office administration tasks
• Maintain records, documentation, and filing systems
• Handle vendor coordination and office supplies

Accounts & Finance

• Handle full set of accounts & ensure timely closing of monthly accounts
• Process invoices, payments, and staff claims
• Perform bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial reports
• Coordinate with auditors and tax agents when required
• Assist in SST filing

HR Support

• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Support payroll processing and attendance management

Responsibilities:

1. Source and evaluate suppliers for printing materials such as paper, ink, chemicals, and packaging materials
2. Obtain quotations, compare pricing, and negotiate for the best terms and cost savings
3. Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (PO) and ensure timely delivery of goods
4. Liaise closely with suppliers (especially China) in Mandarin for order coordination and issue resolution
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production and Warehouse to ensure sufficient material supply
6. Track and control purchasing costs, ensuring alignment with budget
7. Maintain accurate procurement records including quotations, invoices, and delivery orders
8. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Sales, Finance) for purchasing needs
9. Arrange logistics and follow up on shipment/delivery schedules

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
• Minimum 1–5 years of purchasing experience, preferably in printing or manufacturing industry
• Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate with overseas suppliers
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Good knowledge of procurement processes and inventory control
• Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks under pressure
• Skilled in negotiations and networking.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare artwork for printing matters such as annual reports, prospectus covers, booklets, leaflets, posters and etc.
• Work with clients to confirm artwork and arrange proper coordination before printing.

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Site Safety Supervisor (SSS) to oversee daily safety operations on our construction site in Penang. You will be responsible for ensuring that all site activities strictly comply with OSHA regulations, maintaining a hazard-free work environment, and fostering a strong safety culture among the site team. This is a project-based contract role with a strong possibility of converting into a permanent, full-time position based on performance and project pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily site safety inspections to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are taken immediately.
• Supervise site workers and subcontractors to ensure full compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and legal requirements.
• Assist the Safety Officer / Project Manager in implementing the Site Safety & Health Plan.
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings and safety briefings for site workers.
• Investigate any site accidents, near-misses, or dangerous occurrences, and prepare detailed incident reports.
• Ensure all necessary safety signage, barricades, and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) are properly maintained and utilized on-site.
• Maintain updated safety documentation and records for audit purposes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Must hold a valid Yellow Book certification from NIOSH/DOSH.
• Registration: Must be actively registered with CIDB (valid green card/registration).
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on experience as a Site Safety Supervisor in construction or civil engineering projects.
• Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (knowledge of local dialects/Mandarin is an added advantage for site communication).
• Attributes: High level of integrity, firm on safety protocols, and capable of working effectively under pressure.
