About the role
The HR Operations Specialist ensures efficient, compliant and high quality delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle in several countries in the region. This role plays a key part in maintaining HR systems and data integrity, administration and ensuring smooth onboarding and leaver processes. The role also includes responsibility for general office administration in Malaysia office.

Key Accountabilities

HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring HR systems reflect current employee data and status.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR system processes, including Employee and Manager Self-Service, and act as the key point of contact for system-related queries and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain organisational charts for audit and business purposes, ensuring regular updates to shared platforms.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely filing of employee documentation within central HR systems and repositories.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities as Assistant Manager, Human Resources will include but not limited to:

Payroll Administration

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing and administration.
• Perform checks for multi-payroll runs, to ensure proper compliance and accuracy in payroll processing.
• Conduct reconciliation of salary, wages and bonuses information to ensure the accuracy of monthly payroll payment.

Assistant Food & Beverage Supervisor

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY

Operational:

• To provide a courteous, professional, efficient, and flexible service at all times, following the hotels Standards of Performance.
• To ensure that health, hygiene and safety regulations are complied with and applied in the department in compliance with HACCP standards and procedures.
• To perform opening and closing procedures established for the Place of Work as assigned.

Reporting to the HR Director, you will be a key member of the HR Business Partner function. Working closely with HR Experts and the HR Shared Services team, you will drive key HR initiatives that support the organization’s strategic and operational goals.

This role is responsible for delivering people strategies and solutions across both Direct and Indirect Labour workforces, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
