PURPOSE OF THE JOB

The Marketing & Customer Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of customer-focused marketing initiatives that strengthen brand engagement, drive customer loyalty, and contribute to commercial growth. •Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse to support Konecranes’

Reporting to the Analytics Manager, you will be an important analytics partner focused on Trust and Safety for a specific Problem Space Team (PST). Your primary focus is to analyze user behavior and product funnels to identify potential risks. You will use our evolving auto-adaptive tools and GenAI capabilities to streamline your daily analytical workflow.

You will base onsite at our Grab Malaysia office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Address analytical problems of low to medium complexity, delivering reliable and accurate insights to measure business and product risk performance.
• Analyze user behavior data to identify potential vulnerabilities across different risk domains, including account security, user safety, and content integrity, assisting in the building of anomaly detection systems.
• Ideate on new signals to detect risks, working with stakeholders to develop data-driven rules that mitigate bad actors.
• Use GenAI tools (like Cursor or Gemini) and basic system-thinking to automate routine metric reviews and alerts, freeing up your time for deeper threat investigations.
• Use components of our Auto-Adaptive risk frameworks as tools to help in the operational validation and refinement of safety and risk rules.
• Contribute to foundational data initiatives, such as metric onboarding, data pipeline cleanups, and architectural efficiency, ensuring the data we use for risk detection remains robust and reliable.

A DAY IN A LIFE

As a startup, you can expect your days to be pretty varied. Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to:

1. Leadership & Collaboration

• Team Development: Lead the recruitment of a team of Pricing Analysts/Executives and train a motivated team to coordinate pricing strategy and execution
• Stakeholder Management: Chair coordination with Finance to ensure that pricing strategy is reflected in the P&L. Promote a collaborative environment between cross-functions (products, system, finance and key account management teams) that help resolve daily issues

2. Yield Performance 

• Weekly Forecasting: Evaluate sales forecast data , generate and present weekly yield forecasts, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for revenue growth.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor the variance between targeted vs. achieved yield and implement corrective pricing actions where necessary.
• Yield Strategy: Develop high-quality, simple, but consistent processes to ensure revenue is maximized with a similar pricing strategy for all agents and partners.

3. Revenue Integrity & AWB Governance

• Verification & Audit: Lead the systematic audit of Air Waybills (AWB) to ensure shipments are captured at the correct rates and surcharges.
• Reprocessing: Manage the team’s workflow for reprocessing incorrectly rated shipments, ensuring revenue recovery and preventing billing disputes.
• Root Cause Mitigation: Work with cross-functional teams (CTOs, system, and finance) to identify why rating errors occur and implement system-level fixes.

4. Ancillary & Cost-Linked Pricing (Other Charges)

• Surcharge Management: Manage and update all "Other Charges" (Fuel Surcharges, Security, Terminal Handling, etc.) across the network.
• Cost-to-Price Synchronization: Monitor underlying cost changes (vendor increases, fuel fluctuations, or regulatory fees) and ensure these are timely adjusted within "Other Charges" to protect net margins.
• Ancillary Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to introduce or optimize service-based charges to enhance total revenue per shipment.

5. Rate Lifecycle & System Integrity

• Agile Rate Updates: Oversee a team of Pricing Executives in loading and updating Contractual, Published, and Market rates in the core system with 100% accuracy.
• Market Benchmarking: Periodically review and adjust published rates to ensure Teleport remains competitive and aligned with current market demand and capacity shifts.
• System Efficiency: Work with finance and tech partners to streamline reporting and develop automated forecasting tools to increase productivity.

• Experience: 5+ years in Pricing, Revenue Management, Finance (Airlines/Logistics/Express preferred) and minimum 2 years in managerial level.

• Data Mastery: Proficiency in Excel and BI tools; ability to manage high-volume data without losing sight of the "big picture."

• Production of drawings on CAD and BIM Revit model for C&S works
• Working towards deadlines set by Project Manager or CAD/BIM Manager
• Responsible for the quality of production
• Prepare and update 3D BIM models for submissions.
• Participate in the production of 2D drawings from BIM models with accuracy ensuring drawings produced are according to the Office or the Client’s Drafting Standards and Procedures, and the drawing submission schedule is achieved.
• Maintain proper records of all issued & received models/drawings, Clash Reports, RFIs, BIM Register in accordance with the company’s ISO Standards and Procedures and ensure all the drawings are completed on schedule or in a timely manner.
• Support Project Team for Presentations with BIM-Model and related activities
• Work under the supervision of BIM Manager and perform work task assigned.
• Ensures timely Responsible for producing and amending engineering design drawings prepared by the Design Team and manage workload.
• Liaising with BIM engineers in other offices to help coordinate design delivery.
• Ability to produce all 2D and 3D design drawings information required for any type of structure wide range of tasks in support of the technical staff

Under the guidance of the Executive Housekeeper or any other authorized by the management, to be responsible for assigning and supervising the activities of the room attendants and linen porters to ensure clean, orderly, attractive and well-maintained assigned areas.

Responsibility

• Supervise the allocation of work assignments to Room Attendants to ensure maximum coverage. 
• Assign special duties to Room Attendants and House Porters on assigned floors.
• Check the computer system throughout the day for an update of room status. 
• Check and return an allocated number of guest rooms to the standard required by the Hotel. 
• Reports and log any maintenance defects found in the rooms and assigned areas.  Liaise with Maintenance and Reception regarding all out of order rooms. 
• Check on a daily basis the arrivals, departures and VIP lists.
• Assist in monitoring and controlling housekeeping procedures, including lost property, key control, security and emergency procedures, Health and Safety for employees and guests to ensure optimum guest satisfaction, sales maximization and profitability. 
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints with immediate action and thorough follow up and refer when necessary.
• Carry out any projects and assignment as directed by Executive Housekeeper.

• Person will be responsible in system level design and development for PCBA Test operation.
• Person will be responsible in debugging any system level failure to determine is an electrical, mechanical or software fault
• Person will be responsible to update and upgrade the system to improve overall production capacity or quality in PCBA test operation.
• Person will be responsible for robotic operation in WD environment.

Key Responsibilities

• To analyze data and internal operations flow to provide accurate commercial-related reports for internal and external use.
• Manage and ensure high quality of content, presentations, and communications issued to customers, including but not limited to SLA reports, Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), business performance updates, and other commercial reports.
• To review internal systems and processes for the development of automation and reporting solutions to support daily operational and commercial analysis, including tracking and reporting for SLA performance, rejection records, re-planned MAWBs, and other key operational metrics.

About the role
The HR Operations Specialist ensures efficient, compliant and high quality delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle in several countries in the region. This role plays a key part in maintaining HR systems and data integrity, administration and ensuring smooth onboarding and leaver processes. The role also includes responsibility for general office administration in Malaysia office.

Key Accountabilities

HR Systems & Reporting

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring HR systems reflect current employee data and status.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR system processes, including Employee and Manager Self-Service, and act as the key point of contact for system-related queries and issue resolution.
• Prepare and maintain organisational charts for audit and business purposes, ensuring regular updates to shared platforms.
• Collaborate with regional and global HR stakeholders to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timely filing of employee documentation within central HR systems and repositories.
• Identify opportunities for process automation to improve data accuracy and operational efficiency.
• Maintain employee personal files with up-to-date records for easy retrieval and compliance purposes.
• Preparing monthly headcount reports as requested
• Building SOP for HR processes for the JAPAC region.
• Support audits and data reporting requirements

Onboarding

• Manage end-to-end onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of employment contracts and ensuring compliance with recruitment and employment standards.

• Administer probation processes by tracking review timelines, supporting managers, and issuing confirmation letters and related documentation.

• Liaise with external benefits providers to manage employee benefit enrolments and changes, ensuring a positive employee experience.

Leavers & Offboarding

• Ensure resignations are acknowledged promptly and guide line managers through the leaver process.
• Coordinate final pay calculations in accordance with employment terms and payroll schedules.
• Facilitate exit interviews, compile insights, and share trend analysis with HR stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.

Office Administration

• Manage general office administration and coordination activities.
• Support scheduling, meetings, and calendar coordination.
• Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and facilities-related requests.
• Provide administrative support for HR and office operations, including invoices, claims, and data entry.
• Deliver ad-hoc administrative support to management and teams as required.

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience using HR Information Systems (HRIS) is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt quickly in a dynamic environment.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Executive in Malaysia to join our Online Resources sales team. Your role will involve promoting our products and services to customers and prospects, attendance at professional meetings and conferences and in-person client visits in Malaysia. You will be part of the APAC commercial team responsible for the sales and promotion of Online resources within Malaysia, reporting to the Sales Manager.
