About The Role
This is a hands-on lead generation role supporting business development and recruitment operations. You will work closely with a small, fast-moving team to drive business growth and hiring delivery through effective lead generation and recruitment support.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business leads using LinkedIn, Google, job portals, company websites, and other online sources.
- Research prospects and build lead lists.
- Support outreach campaigns and track follow-ups in CRM or tracking tools.
- Follow up with prospects through LinkedIn messages, email, and other communication channels.
- Support recruitment activities including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
- Assist in day-to-day operations of Opal, the company’s AI recruitment platform.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, candidates, and follow-up activities.
- Work closely with the recruitment and sales team to support business growth and hiring delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 to 12 months of working experience in lead generation, recruitment support, sales support, or a related role.
- Basic knowledge of ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
- Good written English and communication skills.
- Able to work independently in a small, fast-moving team.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable using digital tools.
Nice-to-have
- Good understanding of LinkedIn, Google search, online research, and lead generation techniques.
