- Pricing Strategy & Execution - Develop and implement pricing structures aligned with category strategy
- Monitor and manage: Pricing performance, Price realization and leakage
- Support price adjustments : Cost Changes , Market competitiveness
- Costing & Margin Management : Analyze cost structures and margin performance at SKU and category level , Conduct what-if simulations: Price increase , pass thru and promotional initiatives.
- Market & Competitive Benchmarking : Benchmark against key brands and market alternatives , Pricing Validation thru internal pricing clawing system.
- System & Data Governance : Maintain pricing and costing accuracy in SAP
- Ensure compliance with pricing policies and audit requirements
- Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management Lead sourcing activities : RFQ / RFP processes, Cost benchmarking
- Strategic Sourcing for Substitution opportunities , Cost-down alternatives
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain, with exposure to Data Analytics or Finance, and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel and strong negotiation and commercial thinking skills, with sourcing experience.
- Effective communicator, well-versed in verbal and written communication in English and the native language.
- Relevant working experience with the ability to understand margin and pricing logic, including:
- Supplier or commercial exposure
- Understanding of trade terms (rebates, MOQs, credit terms)
- Knowledge of markup and cost pass-through concepts.
