Your Role

You'll have a seat at the table during one of the most exciting chapters in the business's history, working directly with the Board and senior leadership to drive financial clarity and strategic direction. • Define and drive the group's overall financial strategy in support of ambitious growth targets
• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning across the group
• Deliver clear, compelling financial presentations to the Board and senior executive leadership
• Oversee treasury, capital management, and funding strategies to support international expansion
• Ensure robust risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across multiple jurisdictions
• Champion the standardisation and continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting frameworks group-wide
• Build, develop, and lead high-performing finance teams across international markets
• Travel extensively to provide hands-on financial leadership across global operations

What We're Looking For

A commercially sharp, globally minded finance leader ready to make their mark:

• At least 20 years of progressive finance leadership experience
• Solid background in food manufacturing or FMCG, with hands-on exposure to operations spanning multiple continents
• Demonstrated ability to manage and influence Board-level and senior executive stakeholders
• Professional accounting certification (such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW or equivalent) strongly preferred
• Performance bonus structure tied to business outcomes
