Role and responsibilities

  • Monitor progress of customer orders with inter departments to ensure the completion of projects or PO and on time delivery.
  • Follow up closely on sales order fulfilment and update customer order requirements and progress.
  • Meeting with existing & potential customers.
  • Prepare, review and administer the quotation.
  • Prepare monthly sales report, track project milestones and deliverables.
  • Responsible for maintaining the key customers relationship.


Qualifications

  • Diploma holder or equivalent qualification from any discipline.
  • Minimum 1 years of customer service/ EMS/CM /sales admin support experience from manufacturing environment will be advantage.
  • Knowledge of computer literate (Microsoft office) & SAP System (advantage).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to establish good relationships with all levels of people.
  • Good planning and follow up skills.
  • Proactive, aggressive, and pleasant attitude.
