Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Agile Coach to guide our teams in adopting and maturing agile practices. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Scrum, strong facilitation abilities, and a passion for fostering high-performing, self-organizing teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: Lead all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure effective collaboration and delivery.
  • Coach Teams & Product Owner: Mentor the development team and Product Owner on agile values, principles, and best practices to enhance team performance and product outcomes.
  • Remove Impediments: Identify, track, and resolve obstacles that impact team velocity, efficiency, or delivery timelines.
  • Support Backlog Management: Assist the Product Owner with backlog refinement, prioritization strategies, and writing clear, effective user stories.
  • Assess & Improve Agile Maturity: Evaluate team agile maturity levels and design tailored coaching plans to drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote Agile Culture: Foster a culture of transparency, continuous learning, collaboration, and self-organization across teams.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to align delivery cadence, expectations, and goals with organizational priorities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach or Scrum Master
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled agile frameworks
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Certifications such as CSM, PSM, ICP-ACC, or SAFe are a plus
