Our client is a B2B financial services company focused on helping schools simplify financial management through technology.
They're looking for a Product Manager (Fintech), who will play a key role in leading the development and execution of strategic product initiatives for fintech products in the company.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager in the fintech sector, based in Greater Kuala Lumpur, with flexibility for some remote work. Day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Defining product roadmaps
- Gathering and prioritizing requirements from customers & stakeholders
- Experimenting with AI tools/workflows to improve the customer experience
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Brainstorming new features to improve the product & improve business KPIs
- Ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions together with the engineering team, occasional production support etc.
Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years working as a product manager, with strong business acumen and execution capabilities
- Hands-on experience building or maintaining fintech products at scale
- Pro-AI and is excited to utilize AI in experimental ways to redefine the way product management and development are done (i.e. true Agile spirit, not just blindly following Agile rituals)
- Genuine interest in making an impact in the Southeast Asia education & fintech industry
- Ability to adapt in to a fast-paced and dynamic startup working environment
- Experience in marketplace platforms with buyers and sellers of any kind is a plus
