Assist in conducting Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) for condominium units (total: 496 units).
Identify, record, and document defects, workmanship issues, and incomplete works.
Ensure all inspection findings are properly captured in checklists and defect management systems.
Defect Monitoring & Coordination
Track and monitor defect rectification progress by the main contractor.
Follow up on outstanding defects to ensure timely closure.
Conduct joint inspections with contractors to verify completed rectification works.
Update defect status reports and escalate critical delays to the project team.
Administrative & Regulatory Support
Assist in administrative processes such as: TNB account registration, AIS (Access/Infrastructure Services) registration and other utility or authority-related submissions
Maintain proper documentation and filing of project records.
Support coordination with consultants, contractors, and relevant authorities.
What We're Looking For:
Currently pursuing a Diploma/ or a Bachelors' Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
