Job Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Working experience in HR Operations will be an added advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Able to work independently with a positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility.
Candidate must be willing to work at Senai, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

Provide HR operational support to employees and managers on daily HR matters.
Maintain and update employee records, HR documentation, and filing systems accurately.
Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and administrative documentation as required.
Handle confidential matters professionally and support ad-hoc HR assignments.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
