Job Description:
Provide project administration i.e.: raise Work Orders/Purchase Requisition, issue Purchase Order / Release Orders and processing invoices using SAP SMARTGEP system.
Provide contract administration i.e.: registration of contract line item (BIN / SIN) using SAP MDG and prepare the pricebook for Contract Owner to be register into SAP SMARTGEP.
Responsible to update and monitor Contract Management are in compliance with the Approved Processing Time (APT) to ensure there is no retroactive PO and ageing invoices.
Assist engineers and project managers in the preparation of documentation, prepare/update project schedules and contract administration process.
Coordinate with various project stakeholders including project team and contractors to ensure seamless information flow and project integration.
Provide administration and support for any departmental events, meeting and workshop.
Qualification/Skills:
Minimum five (5) years' experience in project management, project planning / schedule and reporting.
Diploma in related discipline (i.e.: Business Administration, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Logistic)
Knowledge in SAP and/or SAP SMARTGEP system.
