Job Description:

Source, select, and evaluate both existing and potential new suppliers.
Demonstrate resourcefulness, energy, and initiative while maintaining a high level of work commitment and integrity.
Collaborate with the warehouse department to identify and assess potential new brands for sale.
Generate reports on potential brands for review and decision-making.
Ensure suppliers adhere to delivery deadlines to meet production requirements.
Maintain optimal inventory control within company-set targets.
Fulfill any additional job duties as assigned by the Line Manager.

Job Requirement:

This job is required to deal with supplier from other country
Able to work independently and under pressure
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
1–3 years of working experience in purchasing/procurement (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
Required Skill(s): MS Office & MS Excel.
Good communication and strong negotiation skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
