About The Job
- Drive new product development (NPD) and improve existing product formulations
- Work closely on food ingredients and end-product applications
- Conduct sampling, trials, and product testing
- Manage and expand product portfolio initiatives
- Oversee application lab activities and experiments
- Source and liaise with suppliers, including costing and negotiation
- Support innovation by introducing new product concepts and ideas
About The Qualification
- 1–4 years of experience in product development, R&D, or food-related roles
- Exposure to food manufacturing, food service, or FMCG industry is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong academic results are encouraged to apply
- Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Culinary Arts, or related field
- Passion for food, innovation, and product creation
- Basic understanding of food ingredients, formulation, or processing
- Good sensory and evaluation skills (taste, texture, quality assessment)
- Proactive, hands-on, and willing to learn in a fast-paced environment
