Job Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or in a similar role.
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) is an added advantage.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Must be willing to work in Senai, Johor.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls appropriately.
  • Manage visitor flow by directing guests to the right person or department.
  • Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier items, and deliveries.
  • Provide basic information and general administrative support as needed.
