Assist in planning and executing events such as sponsorship events, brand partner events, and community initiatives
Liaise and support closely with third-party vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation
Support marketing campaign execution, including developing key visuals, planning social media content, coordinating campaign exposure, and preparing marketing materials for events
Provide on-site operational support during events, covering setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
Provide general administrative and operational support, including documentation and data tracking
Assist in identifying areas for improvement and sharing post-event learnings
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to details
Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to travel and support on-ground event setup when required
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
